"This is the first year I'm having to deal with my accounts - so I've started using FreeAgent.
It's really easy to use and to navigate around. It's great at ensuring I'm up to date with my books. And now being able to send my out-of-pocket expenses straight into my account via Receipt Bank is so quick!
I was so frustrated at the thought of having to go through and manually enter the data from my receipts. Using Receipt Bank seemed much more fun!
I didn't realise I could throw the paper away - so it's great to know I no longer need it!
Now I won't be left with piles and piles of receipts - instead I'm taking a photo of the receipt with my iPhone app - snap - and it's uploaded!
Using the iPhone app has definitely helped me collect more expenses.
I've also set up the integration so the expenses automatically appear in FreeAgent. So I take a photo - upload it via the app - the data is processed and categorised - and then sent straight across to my books.
My accountant is more than happy with me adopting these services!"
