Welcome to September’s product update blog. This post explains the changes that you may have noticed from the month of September:
- Our integration with the payroll and reimbursement software Zenpayroll is now live. This can be accessed from the integrations section of Receipt Bank’s account settings
- We have launched single sign on with QBO. This means that if you already have a QBO account you can sign in with these login details directly using the Intuit button on the login screen. If you have already integrated with QBO and would like to take advantage of single sign you will need to visit the single sign on section in your Receipt Bank account’s account settings and enter your QBO login details once. These will now be your Receipt Bank login details also.
- Expense reports published to Kashflow now include the item description field. If the expense report includes items that have been split out into line items, these will now show in the expense report in Kashflow
- Expense reports going across to Workflow Max have been updated to include descriptions and line items if they have been split out in Receipt Bank
- Expense reports published to QBO will now show descriptions and line items if they have been split out in Receipt Bank.
- Tax rates can now be set per supplier in the supplier rule section within Receipt Bank for users integrated with QBO. This means that any item with this supplier will be assigned the selected tax rate on publishing to QBO.
