You send it, we’ll deal with it! Word Doc Processing:
At Receipt Bank our job is to handle your invoices, receipts, credit notes etc. in whatever form they take. It has become obvious in our systems that more and more clients have been trying to submit Word documents to us, and so we are pleased to announce that we now process your .doc items!
You can now submit the following Microsoft® Word Document files .doc, .docx, .odt, and .rtf to all of our input channels and we will process them as normal.
Finding a match…we can now match your transactions in Xero:
Receipt Bank has created Tinder for your receipts!
Dating apps like Tinder help you find a match in love. In Receipt Bank you can now find a match between an item in your Receipt Bank inbox and a transaction from your bank feed in Xero!
A “match” symbol will show over the publish button of your items if the total and the date (-10 days) are the same as a transaction in Xero. This can be seen in the diagram below.
This allows you to feel more comfortable about publishing your items to Xero as paid - speeding up the process of reconciling.
