Invoice Bank?

In May, for the first time, Receipt Bank processed more invoices than receipts.  If you haven’t yet joined the throng, then why not give it a go?

It’s dead easy to send your invoices across.  It works in exactly the same way as the receipts.  We capture different pieces of data, such as invoice number and due date.  And we have some fancy features which will mean you can organise your information as you wish.

So why is there suddenly such an increase in invoicing activity?  It’s mainly down to our clients streamlining their processes.  Many have created specific email addresses for their suppliers to send in their bills – and these addresses point to Receipt Bank.  This is a really efficient way of working, because the clients can still see the invoices themselves, but the essential bits of data are processed and transported to the software of their choice within a week of receipt.

Gone are the days of inputting data, stamping and sorting your invoices.  Receipt Bank takes the hassle out of processing and stores all the data in a clear and accessible format.
