You can now use our free iPhone app to quickly deal with your expenses, whether you’re on the go or even in a different country!
The Receipt Bank iPhone app lets you easily capture and store your receipts whilst you’re on the move. Just bought a train ticket or paid for a client’s lunch? Now you can instantly deal with these expenses.
Not only does the app help you to quickly digitalise and store your receipts, it also means we can process them for you quicker too. You can now deal with your expenses as soon as they’re incurred!
How does it work?
With just two clicks take a photo of the receipt and upload it straight into your Receipt Bank account! From there Receipt Bank will extract all the relevant data as normal and store the image. You can then login to Receipt Bank and instantly publish your receipt to your KashFlow, FreeAgent or FreshBooks account, as well as exporting it as a .PDF or Excel Spreadsheet!
This is the first version of our App and we're really excited about it! But we'll continue to update and modify it based on your feedback. So if you have any suggestions about other Receipt Bank functions you’d like to see in the app - please let us know!
