One of the most requested features we have had from our users is the ability to upload PDF files to Receipt Bank. We’ve listened and from today you can!
What does this mean?
Many businesses now issue receipts and invoices in PDF. For the environment this is great news! For bookkeeping, it has pros and cons: the benefits are the files are easier to read and easier to sort, the downsides are that transactions can be hidden in all sorts of new places (such as email accounts) and the data, although tantalising digital already, still needs to be keyed!
At Receipt Bank our aim is to make it as easy as possible to sort, process and store your receipts and invoices. You’ve always been able to upload directly from your computer to your Receipt Bank account, but now you can also upload .PDF files. This functionality is added to the .JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .BNP and .TIFF uploads that we already support. To access this functionality please log-in to your Receipt Bank account and in the Add Receipts tab click Upload New Receipts.
If you don’t have a Receipt Bank account, simply click here for a free trial that include the processing of up to 50 receipts or invoices!
