Sometimes the simplest solutions come from working together. That’s why we came up with our newest feature: Additional Integration. This lets Receipt Bank partners connect the best accounting software to create a bespoke workflow.

We’re better connected

Our new feature allows firms to choose where their client’s receipts, credit notes and invoices go once processed.

Whereas before clients would need to use several apps to access all the software they needed to, now they just send all their data to Receipt Bank. This means no more confusion and frustration when submitting items.

Additional Integration simplifies the client experience and makes the onboarding process a breeze. Now you only need to train your clients to use a single app. And for accountants and bookkeepers, a single data stream also makes it easier for you to access the data you need to provide value-added services.

The simplest solution for accounts payable

The first software to get the Additional Integrations treatment is Bill.com. An accountant using the Receipt Bank and Bill.com alongside their accounting software can set smart rules to guide the flow of data. Items will be forwarded to Bill.com if they need to be paid, or straight to the cloud accounting software if the payment already matches one in the client’s bank feed.

A bespoke network of the best accounting software

Additional Integrations works with Xero, QuickBooks Online and other leading cloud accounting software. As well as Bill.com, we will also be including payroll software Gusto and job management tool WorkflowMax shortly. This makes it easier than ever to build an efficient, streamlined workflow. And it’s all backed up by our industry-leading data extraction and automation tools.

Whatever your clients need, we have it covered. And they only need to send data to one one place: Receipt Bank. Let us know on Twitter how you’re getting on with building your dream workflow.
