An important part of this is to let you know when we have received your expenses and when the data is ready for you to use! Our popular notification service has always been available for clients who use our Freepost Receipt Bags. And from today, we've rolled this out to include all our submission methods! Now we will alert you whenever we receive a batch of receipts from you - whether via email, iPhone app, direct upload or from the Receipt Bag!
Now, regardless of how you’ve submitted your receipts you will automatically be notified - so you know what stage of the process your receipts are in! The first email will let you know we’ve received your expenses and that they’re being processed. The second email will let you know once all the data has been extracted - so you know they’re ready to use, export and publish!
