Receipt Bank will be fully launching its new user interface shortly! It’s better looking, faster and has more features designed to save you time!
We are proud of the work that we have done and wanted to give you a breakdown of some of these new features we have added to improve your productivity:
Editing from the inbox
It is now possible to inline edit the category of your items straight from the inbox! This change allows fast editing of those pesky items that do not have a supplier rule set up yet. Simply select the new category and the item is ready for publish or download.
You can also perform a bulk edit of the category field from the inbox if you have multiple items you want to edit at once. All you need to do is select your items and choose bulk edit from the tools drop down and hey presto, multiple items edited in a fraction of the time.
Viewing an image from the inbox
You can now see the full image from the inbox without having to click into it. Simply click on the icon of a receipt under the Image column for the correct item. This gives you a super speedy way to check your items before publishing.
Ability to move between clients
Our accountant users can now move from one client’s account to another without navigating away. Simply click on the client dropdown in the left corner and search for the next client you want to work on.
Adding a Payment Method from the Receipt Detail page
You can now add and name a new payment method while editing your item. You’ll have less trips to the account settings - simple but efficient!
