In summer 2011 Receipt Bank became a Xero Network Partner, helping Xero bookkeepers, accountants and users to collect, store and process receipts and invoices. With the resulting data passing directly into Xero!
Last Friday we were honoured to hear that Receipt Bank had been nominated for the 'Emerging Add-on Partner of the year' at XeroCon 2012!
Each year, Xero hosts XeroCon - the biggest accounting conference in New Zealand, a one day event that provides an opportunity for the team at Xero to talk about their development plans alongside product demos, case studies and special guest speakers. In addition, there’s a gala dinner and the Xero Awards ceremony!
These were the categories & winners:
- Accounting Partner of the Year – DJCA
- Fastest Growing Accounting Partner – Slater & Company
- Xero Knowledge – James Galloway, Winstanley Kerridge & Teresa Johnson
- Training Partner of the Year – Training & Beyond
- Accounting Partner Innovation – Cloud Accountants
- Partner Website – Judith Cambridge Ltd
- 100% Xero – The Engine Room & Wise Advice
Out of Xero’s 75 Add-On partners, six are nominated for awards, falling into two categories - Add-on Partner of the Year & Emerging Add-on Partner of the Year. This year they were:
- Emerging Add-on Partner of the Year:
Debtor Daddy (credit control)
Receipt Bank (receipt and invoice collection and processing)
Spotlight Reporting (reporting and dashboards) - winner
- Add-on Partner of the Year:
Smart Payroll (payroll)

For us to be amongst these fantastic organisations, and the only representative outside of Australasia is brilliant! Congratulations to Spotlight Reporting & VendHQ for scooping the add-on prizes this time, along with all the other winners!
