Before using Receipt Bank and FreshBooks I didn’t really deal with my receipts and invoices. I preferred not to get involved! I heard someone talking about Receipt Bank’s capabilities at an event I was attending, and I was keen to find out more! The concept of using my iPhone to scan receipts was really appealing to me.
I am now a regular user of the system, and I only really submit my receipts digitally - it's so quick and easy! The iPhone app is perfect for me, and the whole service is really simple, which is wonderful. The thing that I love the most though, is that I can upload items into FreshBooks straight away. I can invoice so quickly now. What used to take a month or two now takes a matter of days.
Ultimately, the biggest saving for me has been time. I can now do everything myself, and do it all so much more quickly. Using Receipt Bank and Freshbooks has really streamlined my efficiency, which ultimately means getting money in quicker.
