We recently added the ability to set up payment methods and bank accounts in Receipt Bank. Now, you can map these payment methods to your bank accounts in KashFlow!
This means that all the payment information captured by Receipt Bank can flow straight into KashFlow and create the appropriate bank entries for your receipts and invoices.
For example, if the receipt for a train ticket shows that it was paid for by a card with a number ending *1234 then Receipt Bank can recognise which bank account this relates to and post into KashFlow both the details of the purchase and the payment information.
Please note that Receipt Bank achieves this simply by using the information already available on your receipts and invoices and does not access your bank account in any way.
