KashFlow is brilliant – the fact it’s online wherever I am makes it very simple to process invoices on the move, scan receipts and invoices and have them tally with my accounts – a real bonus from my accounting software.
Prior to using Receipt Bank, I tried to use another service to send my receipts & invoices to KashFlow. It wasn’t reliable, there was often a huge queue of items waiting to go through to KashFlow. I needed another solution and found Receipt Bank from KashFlow’s website – listed as one of their preferred partners and suppliers for scanning receipts and invoices.
Receipt Bank is so much simpler to use. I love how you aren’t restricted to one method of uploading receipts and invoices (Dropbox, drag & drop, email are all options). When I receive an invoice / receipt via email, I print it to PDF and save it into the relevant Dropbox folder. When my trainers send their invoices to me via Dropbox, I just move them across into my Receipt Bank folder in Dropbox.
It has saved me huge amounts of time – around 90 minutes a week. It has been worth every penny of the monthly subscription without a shadow of a doubt – it’s a win-winner!
My favourite feature has been the automatic synchronization with KashFlow. All I have to do is send the items in via Dropbox – all the magic’s happening in the background – and at the end of each week I just go into KashFlow and see what receipts and invoices need paying.
